Continuously growing in a positive direction is one of GHA Autism Supports’ paramount goals. Each year, Quality Management evaluates basic organizational processes. Findings provide part of a blueprint for changes that lead to further growth and development.
Our most basic agency processes include:
Effectiveness—Do our services work?
Access—Can all groups in our community easily access our services?
Satisfaction— Are individuals, families of individuals and community stakeholders happy with our services?
Efficiency—Are we able to offer quality services that work using a reasonable amount of resources?
Cultural Diversity—Are we sensitive to the many variables (such as age, race, beliefs, ethnicity) that comprise cultural diversity?
Our yearly challenge is ascertaining how to measure each of these critical processes. Quality Management conducts annual surveys that include individual satisfaction, parent-guardian satisfaction, community stakeholder satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and workplace safety. In addition, a variety of tools are employed to respond to concerns in a timely manner. Quality Management gathers data that facilitate our key agency process: continued positive growth and development.
