      1. Residential Manager Trainee – Full-time; Salary Position

      The primary responsibility of the Residential Manager Trainee is supervision of staff and to provide training and supervision to individuals in the residential sites under the supervision of a senior Residential Manager. The Residential Manager Trainee is a professional position providing coordination of and instruction in habilitative programs which provides specialized daily living training, and assistance with training, as well as training on behavior management techniques.

    3.           2. Regional Director – Full-time; Salary Position

    4. The primary responsibilities of the Regional Director (New Hanover) are to ensure the continuance of quality services for GHA
      individuals in residential and vocational programs and to adhere to essential job duties outlined in this description. The position
      of the Regional Director is a professional executive position providing specialized services. The Regional Director is expected to
      be self-directed and self-motivated to improve his/her knowledge of autism and approved teaching methods. The Regional
      Director works under the supervision of the Chief Quality Officer.
