Current Openings - Stanly County

The primary responsibility of the Nurse Supervisor (RN) is to provide nursing care to GHA Autism Supports individuals and the supervision of Morrow Valley Farmstead staff. The Nurse is to participate in the implementation and evaluation of individual’s care. The Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring the health, comfort and safety of individuals. The Nurse Supervisor (RN) is charged with providing nursing care/medication administration training to staff in accordance with applicable rules and GHA Policy and Procedures. The Nurse Supervisor (RN) is a professional position providing specialized services. As a professional, the Nurse Supervisor (RN) is expected to be self- directed and self-motivated to improve his/her knowledge of Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.
Regulatory Coordinator – Trainee
The primary responsibilities of the Regulatory Coordinator will be overseeing clinical and habilitation services for GHA Autism Supports individuals and supervision of site managers. The Regulatory Coordinator should execute competently and professionally the essential job duties outlined in this description. The Regulatory Coordinator is a member of the Treatment Team which evaluates, provides services for and monitors progress of the individuals. The Regulatory Coordinator is a professional position providing specialized services. As a professional, the Regulatory Coordinator is expected to be self-directed and self-motivated to improve his/her knowledge of autism and Division TEACCH approved teaching methods.
Residential Manager – Trainee

The primary responsibility of the Residential Manager Trainee is personnel supervision of staff and to provide training and supervision to individuals in the residential sites under the supervision of the Residential Manager. The Residential Manager Trainee is a member of the Treatment Team which evaluates, provides services for, and monitors progress of the individuals. The Residential Manager Trainee is a professional position providing coordination of and instruction in habilitative programs which provides specialized daily living training, and assistance with training, as well as training on behavior management techniques. The Residential Manager Trainee is expected to be self-motivated to improve his/her knowledge of autism, observational communication, and teaching skills under the training and supervision of the Residential Manager.
